We’re grateful to have a strong balance sheet and bright financial outlook for 2023. • In 2022, we covered 78% of health insurance premiums for our ambassadors, which is above the industry standard of 75%. • Every ambassador has a minimum of 15 PTO days a year, plus 7 company holidays and 1 “floating holiday” to give you some flexibility. As we move forward, we’re doing everything possible to help you and the rest of our ambassadors feel supported and fulfilled.
