There is no overtime allowed, even with every store being short staffed. Instead, they would rather just keep these stores closed for several days of business in the week and deny your PTO so you are stuck in the store. There is no work life balance. - The corporate teams favorite way to address serious concerns is to gaslight, ignore, or just blame the person who is addressing the concern so there is never any progress, things just get worse. - There are a lot of labor law and workplace safety violations, but the executive team could care less and would rather turn a blind eye. Most employees have to work off the clock to just make the business operable, but when these issues are addressed to the corporate team, they ignore the issue altogether.
