A very good place to gain valuable experience in quality. It covers everything from the beginning of production, CCP, CIP, GMP, checks, documentation, non-conformances, and much more.

Shift work comes with major challenges within the team, as each shift passes problems to the next. Additionally, there is a team member with mental health issues who requires special attention. Unfortunately, there is little support from management.

Management are very good and actually care. I am trusted to carry out my job and no constant checking. I actually enjoy going to work and the pay is very good also.
