Unless you’re carrying the Tom Ford brand, success can be challenging. The company operates with outdated systems and processes. Senior leadership, particularly the Sales Director, demonstrates limited industry knowledge, resulting in unrealistic and often unachievable sales targets, micromanaging is common. The sales team lacks cohesion and collaboration, with minimal teamwork and engagement. Unfortunately, there is also a noticeable level of internal politics and lack of support among colleagues. No team work!
