It was a small company, so you really got to know everyone who worked there. Also, since Marcus works on so many diverse projects, you have the opportunity to do really interesting and different things.

I have no cons to share, from my experience!

-General and Shift Managers are kind, understanding, allow room for life to happen without you getting written up -Half off employee meals -Compensation varies day-day but was acceptable.

-Not a serious work environment, no-one is held to any standard and what time you leave any given night is based on luck of the draw who you work with. -Boring soul food menu that makes it difficult to attract a wide range of guests and have something for everyone -Kitchen struggles most shifts and food quality is mediocre -No rhythm at the host stand, tables are sat back to back as long as there is open seating, resulting in servers getting triple sat with parties of varying sizes and having no choice but to "deal with it"
