Finish people are cool in general, and you won't feel any much work pressure if you are not working directly with the owner, or in Finland itself.

The company tend not to hire people under its name, they get employee outsourced to them from other companies, and CAUTION: this company doesn't behave professionally toward their contracts, if they feel they can get away with it, without falling under the law. You might end up working without getting paid, kicked out without notice period, no end of service according to contract or law not being followed.It is only to cut cost. They will stop your emails, and sending you sms, telling you search for another job, and it will take long to get you salary paid. Also the company owner tend to cut cost alot, he will even find a way not to follow the labor law, for example: 1) if you are traveling, he won't pay travel allowance, only bill of meals (Finish law states 70 Euro /day) 2) They might put you in very cheap hotels (if you are not finish), while they stay in 5 star hotels. 3) They don't hire enough people, so you might end up doing electrical, mechanical & automation engineering tasks. 4) They will buy very cheap components in their systems, and sooner or later you will face angry customers.
