terrible ambiance, healthcare insurance too expensive for what employees get. lack of respect. employees come and go as they wish. no structure. employees who work the hardest are not appreciated, while employees who slack off are treated with white gloves. poor management, big bosses walk around never a hello from them. company to avoid.

- Poor management - lack of unified vision among senior leadership team - Decisions are not made based on business principles - senior leadership often take decisions from strictly personal perspectives without team input/supporting data - Multiple people were dismissed without valid reason / based on personal likeability among senior management - Lack of position growth and salary increase opportunity - Poor HR/culture/company values - difficult to enact change within the company (HR/management are the opposite of "employee-first", very old-school "bare minimum" HR - minimal benefits, no flex work hours, challenging to take time off for essential appointments, employees forced to work in office during the CO-19 pandemic) - Inconveniently located office (Villeray/Chabanel)
