They treat their employees very well. Good management and benefits.

Answering phones is never fun.

Mark and Kathie Miller are humble, kind, ethical, moral and hardworking people to their core. I have worked with them for nearly two years and have been consistently impressed at the way they treat their employees and people in general. They treat everyone as an individual and as a human being, which you would think should be the norm, but sadly isn't at many (if not most) places of work. I would gladly work with the Millers in any capacity. They are people and a brand I respect and believe in.

My position is not remote, which is difficult during this pandemic, but other than that, I have not experienced a single downside to working with the Millers. A first in my entire work history.
