Not great - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Project Manager presso Mark Scott Construction

The owner is a micro manager. Conducts weekly meetings to where you report hourly tasks conducted of the week prior. He will scrutinize you he thinks you did not perform 40 hours of work. Of course, 40 hours is expected, but to have to convince your boss of all the tasks you achieved was weird. There would be at least 2 people that would get roasted weekly for not doing enough work. Just a bad management style, in my opinion. Was rude and belittled employees. Even upper management.
