      If you work hard every day and can actually sell the money can be greqt. If you can't do both of those then it won't be. The price isn't super high so that makes it easier and there's a lot of agents to sell to. Fun culture but remote and managers are actually good unless you're not good or working hard. Can't work overtime so no weekends ever.

      Tied to the real estate market. Last year wasn't great but the market shouldn't get much worse and you can outwork it but it's definitely harder now.

      The company as a whole is sales driven, not product or customer driven. They are not honest about what they are selling and it shows in the customer experience.
