      - Unstructured work envrionment - Lack of supervision - Lack of formal training You have to learn a lot, and a lot on your own to be successful here. Very entrepreneurial, not for those that need lots of training or enjoy lots of supervision.

Unlike a large corporation, a start up gives the freedom to have your voice be heard. Transparency is great in the company, being able to understand where the financial positioning of the business is is very helpful!
