It’s unfortunate to hear his employee felt frustrated by their pay and slow advancement. Our salary increases and growth paths are all tied to defined competencies that we make transparent to all employees. For some this allows for rapid advancement. For others it can highlight where their growth and abilities may no longer align with the company. In the last 3 years, over 90% of our staff has been promoted at least once. On average, 32% of our staff is promoted each year.
