Our goal is to create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow and thrive in their role with a manageable workload that allows for a healthy work-life balance. As a communications agency working on social cause issues, we work with clients that at times require us to react quickly or adapt to new processes. We have clear job descriptions and expectations which includes employees being able to adapt their support as communication needs evolve. At Marketing for Change, we make onboarding, training and professional development a priority. In the rare cases where an employee’s performance continues to negatively impact clients and co-workers, we provide clear feedback and a plan for improvement. Termination is a last resort, and when it does occur, we aim to handle it with transparency and respect. Any claim of abuse is immediately investigated and never tolerated.
