Marklund has given me an experience that I love to go to everyday. Coworkers are welcoming, supportive, and everyone works together! Marklund is supportive when life happens and tries to be flexible to accommodate staff needs. They have a “You Caught My Eye” recognition program that anyone can nominate and be nominated for. This brightens up anyone’s day when they receive the little card that basically means, I see you caring about your work and making it happen, good job and thank you! We all walk into work for our amazing residents but staff can make or break the experience and I have grown to love my job I can’t imagine leaving anytime soon! Marklund promotes within. The only reason I put 4 stars on compensation is because that can be improved in any workplace you walk into. Marklund is amazing!!
