There won’t be any transparancy in the contract between Marlabs and the vendor companies. If an employee losses his job, the employee comes on bench and he will paid minimum wage of the New Jersey state. While filing H1, they try their best to produce the original document and resume. But the job is obtained through the fake resumes and experience. Some times, the interview will also be given my some other 3rd party.
