No Vision. No Growth Plan. No tracking of revenues, bench, business. No mentoring from seniors. Senior Management doesn't know about future. Very few clients and hence very few projects. Very high attrition rate. There is no connect between senior and middle management. Quality of people working there is very average. Very weak sales team. Fully run my mallu management.
