higher managements don't know how to manage. As a fresher mostly you have to wait for projects and sit on bench. As a senior if you didn't get any project they will fire you with in 2 months. There is less growth and no promotion. In fact you will fill lucky if you get a project. Micro management is something they usually do every time. In this organization HRs are everything, if you feel any problem, your team lead or manager cannot do anything, every time you have to interact with your HR. Favoritism is also there.
