      Good tools for sales teams, constant training, efficient systems.

      Being an ex Starwood employee, felt like my skills and expertise were not valued nor taken into consideration for a promotion within the new structure after the merger. Divisional teams did not handle the matter properly which resulted in an utter disappointment in the company.

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
