      Great people, liked the work

      Awful pay. For someone with a college degree, it wasn't feasible to stay long term and work my way up. I worked there for a year, was always praised as an outstanding employee and ended up with a 35 cent pay raise.

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
