      most cons are only because you are in the hospitality industry and hotels operate 24/7. it all depends on the hotel's location and how busy it is.

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
