Marriott's benefits package is second to none. Marriott believes in having a diverse workforce. The opportunity for career advancement within the organization are excellent. There is an excellent balance between work and life when it comes to the scheduling aspect of the company.

More money should be allocated to updating some of the older locations. They could pay middle management more money.
