      The people are very friendly and the atmosphere is entertaining. You would be hard pressed to find a better group of friends, but not bosses.

      They are understaffed when business is high and overstaffed when business is slow, which makes it difficult to balance work and family (no time off). They do not give raises when they are deserved. They will praise you constantly but never reward you for it. It can be frustrating.
