My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. Instead of empowering people to perform, there is constant monitoring and second-guessing, which impacts morale and productivity. Role clarity is also a serious issue. Employees are frequently expected to handle responsibilities far beyond their actual job scope — from hiring and team management to operations, client handling, and sales support — all without proper recognition, support, or compensation growth. Career progression is another weak area, with little to no increments and limited acknowledgment of extra effort. The leadership culture feels toxic at times, and the lack of constructive support from managers makes it difficult to grow professionally. Overall, this is not a workplace that values employee well-being, trust, or sustainable performance.
