      You can always find someone who is willing and wanting to help you. You will always find something to work on that is interesting, and there are many different things you can do. So much potential to try out different interests. In my role I have a mix of software development, data science and support engineer. You also get to learn a LOT about the semiconductor industry which expands my scope.

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here
