      I have been working in Marvell more than 7 years and experienced the up and down. Thanks to new management team, the company is on the right path again. Marvell's focus on moving swiftly toward higher-margin products with lower operating costs should lead impressive growth like avago and other company. The future outlook is improved a lot just in past one year.

      Marvell's losing its position dominant market like storage due to technology shift. There is and will be more and more challenge as well as chance ahead.

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here
