Marvell is still in the start-up mode where you can work on a variety of projects and gain great experience. There is no job training which tests your ability to work in an ambiguous environment. This is an "engineering" company where there is not much respect for support staff (ex., IT, Facilities, Finance, Administration). Support staff is thin and overworked. There is not much investment in infratructure as the company grows. Morale is currently low for many support teams. There is no opportunity for growth and advancement - management is not progressive enough to think of building out a "world class" organization. Decisions are concentrated at top level with not much consideration for employee's inputs or feedback.
