No visible leadership from executive level. Poor communication of strategic goals and objectives. Limited pass downs of information. Very little management accountability. Weak over arching company culture; no clear identity or consistent values. Poor corporate infrastructure (i.e., processes, systems, etc.) for a company of it's size. Executive level management doesn't see any value in benchmarking best practices of other companies. Limited career growth opportunities for most employees. Marvell is still managed as if it were a 100 employee company versus a 5000+ employee company.
