The tips are great, even the tips paid out to help staff. A great chunk of extra spending money.

The owner is rude and commandeering, and is there every night. New management is poor. Working here is unduly stressful because it is a disorganized environment and management insists on meeting unreasonable guest requests. The owner adds to the stress by making mean comments directed at staff, sometimes in front of customers. The typical clientele here is entitled. Gossip between employees is constant, even gossip about teenage staff. No boundaries. I would only work here if you are willing to lose your pride and sanity for good tip money. Also, I have watched multiple employees stay for years on the promise they would be trained as a server, only to be kept as help staff until they get fed up and quit.
