Low morale and negative culture. Despite the large company size, minimal investment is made to meet customer expectations. Company operates more like a conglomerate than a corporation, in that each department will rather compete than cooperate to increase revenue. Benefits are lowest I've seen with maybe 50% of healthcare plan paid by company.
