Over the past 2 years here has been a massive turnover of both management and staff across the company. This was forced through some redundancies but mostly staff left to go to other recruitment agencies as the culture was toxic. Company made staff work 8.30-5.30 5 days a week, meaning it was a 45 hour week. They changed this recently but realistically you are still working a normal working week compacted into 4.5 days but they market this as being very flexible. They market this as being really flexible but it's just normal working hours. CEO gets very petty when anyone leaves or gives in their notice, in my case and was in the cast of others he just didn't talk to me at all, even though I didn't leave on bad terms but on company calls came across differently, again in public very different to what he was like in private to you.

4hour friday Some real genuine people in the business

Immature leadership/bad management Very little structure and used poor excuses internally rather then approach any problems Lack of proper training at senior leadership level Uninspiring leadership Poor GDPR practise Seemed more of a “winging it’ business rather then having any strategic approach Micro-management Spoke poorly about current employees, especially those that decided to leave, even those who left positively or had been very positive in the company Goal posts consistently changed or were not there, including targets which made it hard to measure your performance Spoke constantly about the importance of wellness/mental health importance but saw first hand this dealt with extremely inappropriately No commission paid out when leaving even if not going to a competitor No sick pay
