Most folks have worked with one another at other companies so the synergy and trust is really strong. It also creates a ton of value for the clients MH works with because the employees are well-seasoned, know their stuff and can get to continue to build strong relationships instead of working to establish them.

Its a start up so folks sometimes need to piviot quick or wear multiple hats, but its not really a con since you get to learn more about the business.
