      very supportive colleagues which makes the environment fun to work with from time to time.

      Lack of room to grow. 25% lower salary compares to other subcontractors around the area. subpar benefit package. Project managers handle 10-15 projects simultaneously. Flexible hours but expected to stay from 7am - 5pm. Lack of learning resources, tuition reimbursement, intern/entry level support while attending college.

      Horrible management!! Owner scared to get involved with employees and any ongoing issues. Puts trust in management, but they are the actual problem. "Director" never works because she's always outside playing squash. The owner himself cares more about playing squash than actually running the business.
