Very poor management Very poor treatment of employees Extremely high employee turnover, teams face constant upheaval every couple months as a result No training process (all learning is "live fire") and mistakes are harshly criticized with little guidance Horrible benefits (no health insurance, no matching for 401k, no defined allocated vacation time) Regularly expected to work well beyond 40 hrs/week due to workload (typical day is at least 8:30AM - 6PM) Agency is ran more like a start-up than an established corporation, creating huge discrepancies in expectations. Overall, steer clear if possible.
