As a mutual, one of benefits is that the organization can stay insulated from market factors or financial induced mishaps. Thus folks that would be held accountable at a publicly traded organization are given a pass.

Svantaggi

Leadership team has not been transparent with existing remote employees workforce (~40%) that career mobility is not possible for either a promotion or lateral move unless you are willing to be hybrid and relocate to Boston or Springfield area. Thus anyone not local is stagnant in their careers.
