Tight knit staff, works hard, has fun, and supports one another

Takes on too much and spread thin at times

Small staff who cared about employees, mostly women who were caring individuals. Learned a lot from my time there and felt it set me up for success for my career.

Due to the small staff, gossiping was a daily occurrence and it soon became hard to tune out. Severely overworked due to the short staff and such large events. Management would not listen to employee issues. Made it hard to want to stay.
