      Dear Associate, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our culture is created by our associates and we feel that we have the best around. Many of our benefits have been recommended by our associates and we are always interested in hearing more. Work from home has been a common request and we have implemented more and more scenarios where work from home is an option.

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
