      Ontime pay Very transparent Visa and GC Processing Immigration and HR team are pretty quick in response. Great help with documentations for in-person visa interviews. Strong vendor base and stable projects. Provides great insurance plans. Great company to work with.

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
