      Dear Associate, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our people make our company and we never take that for granted. Compensation is a subject that we don't shy away from. We subscribe to multiple sources that provides us with compensation figures so we can be inline with industry standards.

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
