There are multiple sources that we use to keep us inline with industry standards. Compensation is addressed every year to make sure that we are either inline and sometimes above.

They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
