      I have been working in Mastech Digital for more then a year and my experience has been amazing. I am working with Gaurav Verma (Director). He is an awesome director and helps a lot to his team. Manageement is very friendly here and they support a lot if one wants to perform.

      Because of COVID-19 management is very strict now a days and building a lot pressure. Otherwise nothing serious

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
