      I have selected for Mastech but joining date was not confirmed for three months. They have promised me to start the GC Process within 6 months but that also not started. Less benefits False commitments The joining date is not clear Revoke the Visa after project ends.

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
