There is a substantial amount of work that goes on behind the scenes for that process to run smoothly. Our benefits and compensation packages are reviewed every year to make sure that they are equivelent or better to industry standards.

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
