      Dear Field Associate, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our Immigration does a substantial amount of work behind the scenes and they are thankful for the kind words. Depending on the contractual agreement between the field associate and Mastech Digital there can be a varying degree of bench times. With that said, when an associate's project is thirty days out of coming to an end, we start to re-market their skill set. Thank you for your service.

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
