Dear Field Associate, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We know there are many option's out there when choosing an agency to work through. On time compensation is an area that we are proud of as we know there are a number of competitors that cannot say the same. There is in fact a department that starts the process of finding our field associates new contracts as early as thirty (30) days out from the end of their current one. There are multiple factors that play into that but many times we are successful in finding new project. Unfortunately, there are times that we are not. Thank you for your multiple years of service.
