They pay quite high compared to other real estate developers for the same position, but the requirements are also stricter. Company invests heavily on branding, so if you are the one who love fancy/ luxury branding, this company may suit you. Their projects are quite solid in term of legal documents & quality, even the selling price will be higher. CRM system is excellent, especially for customer journey & interface design.

High turnover rate, especially for sales team. Salary deduction if KPI isn't meet. Internal reporting system needs to be improve significantly. The price range of product is quite high, making it more challenging to sell.
