The compensation level was adequate. The freedom to schedule and manage your own territory was excellent. very little interference from management as long as you put up your numbers.

Customer service was combative with sales. Upper management had very little tact when dealing with issues. If one salesman did something wrong the whole sales force was thrown under the bus. Engineering group was very unreceptive to product improvement suggestions. No imagination in marketing department. Ran the same promotions 3 years in a row.
