Great, really smart colleagues. Sadly, mostly accomplishing very little but producing PowerPoints.

Conservative. Stupidly risk adverse on some level and reckless on others. Glacially slow and dysfunctional. Senior leadership have zero operational experience and don’t seem to have commercial bone in their collective bodies. Senior leaders are self absorbed, petty and toxic and the CEO tolerates it…and promotes it.
