Chance to help Veterans. For the mates there is a real impact on their lives and acess to suport and services they may not have otherwise. Great for active outdoor lifestyle. Potential for flexability. Chance to be creative within peramiters.

Senior Management team doesnt appear to want feedback from Veterans in a Veteran focused organisation. Unrealistic expectations smaller branches will run in the same manner larger, better staffed branches do.

This has the potential to be a great job, you get to help others.

Staff are not supported properly within the corporate structure. There is no accountability for managers who do the wrong thing or mis-manage staff. No transparency, no exit interview and they do not play by work fair rules. HR don’t care for staff at all.
