The fast-paced environment can be engaging, and there are colleagues who are supportive and willing to help, particularly within immediate teams.

That said, the firm can be quite high-pressure at times, and the pay feels fairly average given the level of responsibility involved. Many of the perks and recognition initiatives appear to be more focused on fee earners, which can sometimes leave support staff feeling less visible or appreciated.
