Steady growth, lots of opportunities in many departments, unlimited PTO, good heath benefits, your ideas/suggestions matter and can make a difference.

Svantaggi

Leadership preaches transparency, but it is lacking. No development programs for mid-senior. Leadership lacks experience. Compensation does not align with sales quotas and is not competitive. No 401K matching. Lots of turnover/attrition.
