Free lunch once a week. Met some really great people during training that are now friends. Location of the office can be a good or bad thing for some.

Quality of leads paired with lack of effort to obtain new leads. Training does not prepare you for the job. Unethical agents rewarded. Benefits package minimal compared to the industry. Commission structure is not obtainable with carrier placed restrictions and current insurance market. Hourly pay too low to manage finances. Office morale is very low. 1 out of 7 in our training class made it. Either by choice, or didn't make the cut. Hard to grasp their concept.
